Returns

Refund of money from our side will be done on the same day of the cancellations. From the bank it will take up to 6 – 7 business days.

Refunds

We will look at your item as soon as it comes and inform you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the state of your refund after we have checked the item. We will start a refund to your credit card or original method of payment if your return is accepted. 

Shipping

You are in charge of paying delivery expenses when returning an item. There is no refund for shipping costs. The cost of the return journey will be removed from your refund if you are qualified for one.
